Snow/Sleet at Work - Wellington, Sea Level. It wasn't proper snow, but it wasn't hail either. Even got to eat a couple of handfuls. :)

Didn't have my camera with me, but one of the other guys at work did, he took most of the photos and I pinched it off him for some of the later ones.
